La voce fine, delicata, capace di onomatopeica ironia si incontra con un pianismo di stampo istintuale che unisce la tradizione afroamericana all’uso di colori musicali ora impressionistici ora classicheggianti.

Quando poi scatta il brano suonato a quattro mani, l’ambience acquista una valenza acustico-espressiva degna di una band completa.
